Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Manage and maintain the purchase ledger, including updating records and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a purchase ledger role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
