Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Paul Mitchell Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile purchase invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage and maintain the purchase ledger, including updating records and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a purchase ledger role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
