Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our teachers and support staff to provide tailored support to SEN students. The role involves assisting students with comprehension, engaging them in the classroom, and monitoring their progress. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with SEN learners and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with SEN learners.
  • A clean and relevant DBS (Can be obtained through us if required).
  • Knowledge on Behavioural management techniques
  • A committed and enthusiastic attitude to work.
  • A confident, outgoing and positive individual with a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to form new relationships.
