Multitrader Specialist

At Daniel Owen Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Multitrader Specialist to join our response team based in Gloucester. This exciting opportunity involves carrying out reactive repairs to commercial properties, including but not limited to fixing leaking taps, replacing sockets, changing door handles, and hanging new doors. The team also conducts external repairs such as fencing and groundworks. As part of a 12-member team, you will be required to work both independently and collaboratively, with a company van and power tools provided for business use.

• Carrying out basic construction, fault-finding, and general maintenance duties on commercial properties.
• Maintaining a suitable stock level in the company van and restocking when necessary.
• We welcome applicants with recent experience in a similar role within commercial maintenance.
• Possession of additional skills in disciplines such as plumbing, carpentry, and plastering is highly advantageous.
• This position requires driving a company vehicle, therefore, a full valid UK driving license is essential.
