The role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in co-producing and delivering courses with peer specialists. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of personal recovery, its relationship to clinical recovery, and how educational processes support mental health recovery.

With our main office base in Bournemouth, but operating across Dorset, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to travel within the region. As part of our dynamic team, you will be empowered to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
