About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Fleet. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading by example and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
  • Achieve targets and maximise sales through effective stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Support the store manager in actively recruiting volunteers and achieving expectations within campaign activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to generate stock and maintain a high standard of store appearance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
About You

We are looking for someone who has a passion for fashion and experience in a customer-facing role. You will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team to achieve their best.
