Job Overview:

Safer Hand Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual targets.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial roles at Regional Sales Manager level, operating within Ireland. You will have strong relationships with distributors and suppliers, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly targets set for the region through effective sales strategies
  • Activate and monitor national account strategic targets
  • Record and monitor progress of all field sales activities using our CRM system
  • Ensure prudent use of entertainment funds
  • Complete reports and accounts information accurately and on time each month

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' commercial experience at Regional Sales Manager level in Ireland
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and sales analysis tools
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
