We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to manage the legal aspects of the conveyancing process, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and provide expert legal advice on property-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to ensure smooth property transactions and provide excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on property-related matters, including property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Participate in business development activities, contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
Requirements
  • Experience managing own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process, including property law and regulations.
  • A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
