Cleaning Supervisor Job Description
  • Salary: £25,355.20 per annum (pro rata), equating to £12.19 per hour
  • Location: East Devon District Council area
  • Shift Pattern: 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 5pm to 8pm

Norse Group is a specialist service provider delivering support to businesses across catering, cleaning, and facilities management.

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in the East Devon area.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaners, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that customer satisfaction is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of cleaners to achieve high-quality results

• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and rotas

• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
