As a Care Assistant at Anchor, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, meal times, and activities, as well as providing a listening ear to those who need it most.

Our Care Assistants are expected to align with our core values of being Accountable, showing Respect for all, demonstrating Courage, and being Honest. If you have no previous professional care experience, don't worry - we will provide you with all the training and development you need to excel in your role.

At Anchor, we pride ourselves on providing 24-hour care and specialised services for elderly people. Our Care Assistants make a real and positive impact on the lives of our residents, who have a range of care needs and life experiences that make every day varied and interesting.

Please note that all applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK. Anchor does not provide tier 2 sponsorship at this time.

Townend Close in Keighley is home to well-trained and helpful staff, with rooms for up to 39 residents. We offer a warm and friendly environment for our customers and staff, with a great activities plan and good public transport links from Skipton and Keighley.
