We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Linea Resourcing Ltd. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes, working closely with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives, including cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and analyze data to inform procurement decisions, using tools such as Excel and other software applications.
- Represent the procurement function in project meetings and provide input on procurement-related matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot charts and V/X/H lookups.
- Relevant qualification in procurement or a related field.
