Senior Accountant Position in Manchester

We are seeking a Semi Senior Accountant to join our team in Manchester. As a Semi Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements and management accounts for a range of clients. You will also assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Additionally, you will conduct audits under the supervision of senior staff, contributing to audit planning and execution. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing proactive advice and support. You will also collaborate with team members on various projects, ensuring high standards of service delivery. You will stay updated on the latest accounting regulations and best practices, applying this knowledge to client work.

Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need relevant experience in an accounting role, ideally within a similar firm. You will be part-qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent, with a strong commitment to completing further qualifications. You will be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical skills. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, is essential. You will be a team player with a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to team success.
What's On Offer
