Job Title: Project Possession Planner

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.

We are seeking a Project Possession Planner to join our client's team, a leading Tier 1 Railway Contractor. As a key member of the delivery team, you will work in a busy environment on projects such as bridges, footbridges, embankments, platforms, and stations.

Your primary responsibilities will include liaising with project management teams on access planning, collaborating with the Construction Management and Estimating team to identify available possessions, and ensuring possession requests are submitted in line with Network Rail planning timescales.

You will also be involved in planning possession/protection arrangements, monitoring changes, identifying project risks/opportunities, and guaranteeing safety considerations are taken into account.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Lead Possession Planner or Access Planner, team management experience, PPS planning access experience, and hold a full British Driving License.

We require someone with strong team management skills, knowledge of PPS planning access, and a good understanding of the Network Rail Rule Book.
