**Job Title:** Financial Analyst - PropTech Sector

**Company:** Avanti Recruitment is working with a leading company in the PropTech sector, based in London, to find a talented Java Developer with experience in Financial Analysis or Cash Flow Modelling.

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our client's team, working on a hybrid model with 2 days in the office per week. The ideal candidate will have experience with Java, SQL, and Financial Modelling, with a strong background in the Banking or Investment sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Refactor a cash flow modelling engine using Java, SQL, and Springboot
  • Work on the full software development lifecycle, with a focus on refactoring and improving the cash flow modelling engine
  • Gain exposure to React on the front-end, with bonus points for existing experience

**Requirements:**

  • Experience with Java, SQL, and Financial Modelling
  • Strong experience working in the Banking or Investment sector
  • 2:1 or 1st Class Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Computer Science

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Experience with relevant coding languages, including Java, HTML, CSS, Springboot, JSP, React, REST, and JWT
  • Previous experience as a Financial Analyst

**What We Offer:**

  • Salary up to £75,000, with flexible salary based on experience
  • Discretionary Bonus up to 10%
  • 25 days holiday per year
