About the Role:
Eden Brown Education is seeking a skilled Criminology Teaching Specialist to join our team. As a Criminology Teaching Specialist, you will be responsible for teaching BTEC Criminology courses to motivated students, delivering engaging lessons, and guiding them through complex topics in criminal justice, law, and related fields.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality, interactive lessons in BTEC Criminology.
  • Support students' understanding of criminological concepts, research methods, and case studies.
  • Assess, monitor, and provide constructive feedback to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Develop lesson plans and course materials in line with BTEC requirements and standards.
  • Engage in collaborative curriculum planning and program reviews to enhance the quality of teaching.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Teaching experience, ideally with Further Education or BTEC qualifications.
  • A recognised teaching qualification.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
  • A current DBS is required for this role.

Packages:
$65,000 - $75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
