Hair Stylist

At TONI&GUY Sudbury, we're seeking a talented Junior Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Stylist, you'll have the opportunity to continue your education with TONI&GUY, conducting personalized client consultations and delivering a tailored experience.

Our upskilling programs will help you fill any skill gaps, preparing you for the TONI&GUY Level 4 vardering program. You'll learn to expand your client base and achieve high retention rates, while enhancing client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales with your extensive product knowledge.

We're looking for a committed individual who is passionate about growing within the TONI&GUY brand and enhancing their skill set. As a true people person, you'll be able to adapt communication styles to connect with diverse personalities and manage a busy schedule while maintaining high levels of customer service.

As a Junior Stylist, you'll have the opportunity to inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI&GUY brand. You'll actively promote and uphold the TONI&GUY Superbrand reputation, while working up to 40 hours per week across 5 days (Monday to Saturday).
