In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading the development of our land acquisition strategy, working closely with our regional teams to secure new sites and drive business growth.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate experience within land management
  • Combine strong organisation and communication skills along with the ability to relate to all levels of staff and stakeholders
  • Maintain a keen desire to work in a quality driven business
  • Excellent relationship building skills are essential for this role along with knowledge of all elements of the land acquisition process
