Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Associate with a strong interest in ECM (Equity Capital Markets) to join our team at ACHUMAN CAPITAL.

The Role:

Our client is a leading international law firm based in London, and we are looking for a Mid/Senior level Corporate Associate with a focus on ECM. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and venture capital. Our team offers a full range of corporate services, including M&A, equity and capital markets, joint ventures, private equity, and more.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from technology start-ups to multinational blue chips, on national and international transactions. With much of our work being done on a global scale, there are opportunities to work in our international offices.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2 years'+ PQE;
  • Experience leading on corporate transactions;
  • Strong academic background;
  • Flexibility in supporting wide range of corporate transactions;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstration of delegation and supervisory skills;
  • Ability to use own initiative;
  • Innovative and a desire to get involved in new areas;
  • Strong commercial awareness;
  • Technically excellent.
