Job Title: Physics Instructor
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Physics Instructor to join a vibrant secondary school in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the KS3, KS4, and KS5 Physics curriculum and be able to engage and motivate students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their potential.
- Assess, record, and report on the progress and development of students.
- Support students in their academic journey, helping them to prepare for GCSE and A-Level exams.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure the best learning outcomes.
- Participate in department meetings, extra-curricular activities, and school events.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Physics or a related field.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
