This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Fashion Buying Assistant at a leading luxury fashion retailer. As a key member of our buying team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the buying process, ensuring accurate order management, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain, check, and update order confirmations with 100% accuracy.
  • Introduce new suppliers and ensure they are set up correctly.
  • Maintain accurate purchase orders within our system.
  • Keep payment terms and shipping details up to date.
  • Raise re-orders as needed.
  • Perform site checks and manage product merges.
  • Resolve issues before go-live.
  • Collect, check, and upload RRPs each season.
  • Prepare vendor packs for buying trips.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for various departments.
Requirements:
  • Previous commercial experience in fashion retail buying or merchandising.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, strong attention to detail, and organisational skills.
  • Commercial awareness, strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and a positive attitude.
