Job Description: The successful candidate will lead and supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they perform their duties effectively. Key responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and prioritizing maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems to minimize downtime and maintain uptime SLAs. Additionally, you will implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
