Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team at a lovely Primary School in the East Midlands area. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, ensuring high standards of education and creating a positive learning environment.

Estimated Salary Range

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
  • Teaching Responsibilities: Planning and delivering lessons to Year 3 and 4 pupils, ensuring they meet the needs of all students in the classroom.
  • Classroom Management: Maintaining a well-organised and inclusive learning environment, promoting pupil welfare and well-being.
  • Assessment and Monitoring: Regularly assessing pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Forming strong relationships with colleagues, parents and carers, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance pupil outcomes.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Skills and Experience: Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, passion for working with young people.
