Surveying Professional Required

Align Property Partners is looking for a skilled Surveying Professional to collaborate on various projects, including refurbishments, extensions, and new build projects. The successful candidate will have significant post-degree experience and hold a RICS accredited Building Surveying degree.

Your responsibilities will include producing and submitting planning, building regulation, and listed building applications, as well as coordinating deliverables with other disciplines. You will also carry out project design, complete H&S risk assessments, and maintain an annual programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

We offer a competitive salary up to £45,000 per year, a company pension scheme with employer contributions, and a range of benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and hybrid working.
