Role Overview

As a Lead Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading by example and inspiring your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious candidate who possesses a genuine passion for delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Duty Management: In the absence of senior management, you will be expected to assume duties and ensure seamless operations.
  2. Ambience and Customer Experience: You will be responsible for recognizing the importance of ambiance and 'customer experience' in venues, ensuring that all areas of the bar meet the highest standards.
  3. Team Support: As a supervisor, you will provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Cash Handling and Stock Control: You will be responsible for opening and closing the bar, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation, as well as maintaining accurate stock levels and managing cash handling procedures.
  5. Issue Resolution: You will be expected to react promptly to any issues that may arise across the business, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
