About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing monthly payroll for our diverse workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and processing monthly payroll for approximately 3,600 employees
  • Recording payroll data accurately in the company's software system
  • Assisting with issuing P45s and other necessary tax forms
  • Ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, and relevant legislation and governing payroll
  • Handling payroll queries, including the calculation and processing of manual payments where required, and ensuring records are maintained

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Payroll is essential
  • Proficient in manual payroll calculations

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
