As a key member of our hospitality and leisure team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our public areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our public areas, including the gym, studios, and poolside.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
  • Respond to poolside alarms and take necessary action to ensure guest safety.
