Job Title: Business Studies Educator

The Wayman Learning Trust is seeking a talented Business Studies educator to join our vibrant faculty. This is a full-time permanent position that offers the opportunity to shape young minds and foster a lifelong appreciation for the world of business.



About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Business Studies teacher who can design and deliver engaging and informative lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.




  • Design and deliver engaging and informative Business Studies lessons across all year groups adhering to the National Curriculum.
  • Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of key business concepts, including finance, marketing, and management.
  • Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable).
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Business Studies department and other departments to create interdisciplinary projects and enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Contribute to the school's careers program and help students develop essential skills for future success.

  • Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Business Studies or a closely related discipline.
