Supporting Vulnerable Children in Windsor

Academics Ltd is seeking a Criminology Graduate to work as a SEN Specialist in a unique mental health-focused school in Windsor. The successful candidate will provide emotional and therapeutic support to children facing childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, attachment disorders, and PTSD.
The school adopts a therapeutic approach in the classroom, and the SEN Specialist will play a key role in implementing this, helping students develop resilience and engage in their education. Collaboration with Teachers, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists will be essential to ensure the safety and well-being of each pupil.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. They will also have a passion for supporting vulnerable children and applying their knowledge of criminology to real-world situations.
The estimated salary for this position is £17,166 - £19,388 per month, based on a 37.5-hour week and 52 weeks per year.
