Exciting Opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer

We are seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer to join our dynamic in-house team at QED Legal. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the department on a variety of legal matters, including contract review and negotiation.
  • Work closely with the team to provide commercial and business-focused legal advice.
  • Have a strong understanding of commercial law and its application in a business setting.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Have a strong PQE, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a reputable law firm or successful in-house legal department.
