About The Role

As a valued member of our team, you will be working in an inbound customer service department based in Whitehaven. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborate with operations employees to ensure work activities meet customer needs
  • Accurately record and process customer enquiries
  • Diagnose customer issues and implement solutions
  • Investigate and interpret data from various systems
  • Manage customer expectations and set realistic timescales for actions
  • Promote products according to marketing guidelines
  • Conduct outbound calls following events and system unavailability
  • Review personal performance statistics and take responsibility for development
The Opportunity

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.77 per hour, paid weekly every Friday. You will have the option to choose from two shift patterns, each covering 37.5 hours over four weeks.

  • Option 1: Week 1 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm), Week 2 (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm + Sat 8am-4pm), Week 3 (Mon-Fri, 12pm-8pm), Week 4 (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm)
  • Option 2: Week 1 (Mon-Thu, 8am-5pm + Fri, 8am-12pm), Week 2 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm + Sat 10am-2pm), Week 3 (Mon-Thu, 9am-8pm + Fri, 9am-1pm), Week 4 (Mon-Fri, 11am-8pm + Sat 11am-3pm)
