The estimated annual salary for this position is £90,000, based on the location and required skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Develop Discovery system architecture and implement data exchange systems for Air-Gapped networks.
  • Configuration and Deployment: Configure and deploy Discovery systems according to technical requirements and design architecture.
  • Security Accreditation: Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate security accreditation for Discovery applications and systems.
  • Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation and training materials for build and configuration processes.
  • Testing Support: Assist in factory acceptance and user acceptance testing phases.
  • Operational Transition: Support the transition to operations post go-live, including handing over to the operations team.
Requirements
  • A university degree in computer engineering or a related field, or 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • At least 3 years of recent experience in designing and implementing BMC Discovery (version 22.x or higher) for large-scale projects.
  • Experience with BMC Remedy ITSM CMDB configuration (version 20.02 or higher).
  • ITIL 2011 (or later) foundation certification is desirable.
  • Familiarity with BMC TrueSight operations management (version 10.x or higher) is an asset.
