We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead all quality-related functions within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its continued development and effective application throughout all functions of the business and our extended supply chain.

Key responsibilities will include:

* QMS development and implementation, in line with industry standards
* Experience of ISO9001, AS9100, and/or TS16949 systems and procedures
* Direct knowledge of internal auditing best practice
* Familiarity with precision inspection metrology and methodology
* Ability to interpret 2D technical drawings and 3D models
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to lead and work in a team environment
