We are seeking motivated individuals to provide high-quality care and support to adults with autism and learning disabilities in our residential setting in Hale Village.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a happy and inclusive home environment, supporting individuals with their daily routines, and facilitating access to education and community activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet individual needs
  • Support individuals with daily routines, including personal care and medication management
  • Facilitate access to education and community activities

Requirements:

  • Experience in care and support work (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Driver's license essential
  • Approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging
