Job Title: Hospitality Chef De Partie

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Chef De Partie to join our team at Elior. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the kitchen team, ensuring food preparation and control meets high standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support and mentor members of the kitchen team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  2. Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations.
  3. Support the manager in maintaining, ordering, and controlling food stocks within budget.
  4. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date product and menu knowledge and ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  5. Ensure high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working within a kitchen.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Outstanding time-keeping skills.
  • Passion for food with a keen eye for detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in your culinary career.
