HSQE Consultant

We are seeking an experienced HSQE Consultant to support our business management systems on-site, ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage the business management system across sites
• Collaborate closely with the Eastern Region HSQE Manager
• Ensure teams operate safely and in accordance with HSQE standards
• Identify issues, provide solutions, and influence positive change on-site
• Proactively prevent accidents and incidents by identifying risks
• Manage and conduct internal audits in-house
• Maintain and update the HSQE System in line with legislative requirements

Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the rail industry
• NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications
• Proven experience in auditing
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• A full UK driving licence
