Conveyancing Professional

Anthony Knight Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Conveyancer to join their residential property team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting senior conveyancers with managing a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a junior fee earner or paralegal within a residential property team and a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and residential property law.

• Assist senior conveyancers with managing a caseload of residential property transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
• Conduct property searches and review search results.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of Land Registry applications.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their transactions.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

• Previous experience as a junior fee earner or paralegal within a residential property team.
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and residential property law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
