Business Development Representative, Enterprise

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in the DACH region. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth in the German-speaking market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Collaborate with assigned Account Executives to drive sales growth
- Proactively engage with and reach out to new prospects
- Lead generation activities, including strategic research on LinkedIn and other hunting tools
Requirements
- 1-2 years of work experience preferred; and previous SDR/BDR experience is highly advantageous
- Interest in a career in sales, lead generation, or any other customer-facing function
- Language fluency in English and German is mandatory
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
