About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at H9 Technical. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and collecting debts from company debtors, evaluating new credit requests, and reviewing customers' credit rankings with banks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and collect debts from company debtors in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Evaluate new credit requests and review customers' credit rankings with banks to ensure accurate assessments.
  • Establish and maintain terms and conditions of credit to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure timely payment of debts and follow up on outstanding payments as needed.
  • Negotiate repayment plans with customers to resolve any disputes or issues.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to accurately evaluate credit requests and manage debts.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in processing invoices and reconciliations.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve disputes and negotiate repayment plans.
