Multi Trades Person Opportunity

The Hyde Group is seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trades Person to join our dynamic maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to damp and mould remediation, general maintenance, and property enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of properties to identify and address damp and mould issues.
  • Implement effective treatments and solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Carry out minor repair works, including plastering, painting, and tiling.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with damp and mould, as well as general maintenance.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Knowledge of trade-specific techniques, materials, and safety protocols, painting & decorating trade qualification advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
  • Valid driver's license.
