We are seeking a skilled Cook Supervisor to join our catering team at East Barnby Outdoor Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an effective catering service, operating to the highest standards of food safety, and ensuring the provision of healthy, wholesome meals to pupils and staff.

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals to pupils and staff
• Supervise kitchen staff, manage food ordering, and conduct stocktakes
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
• Work collaboratively with the catering team to achieve high-quality service standards

• Previous experience in a catering or kitchen management role
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
