We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at 300 North Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior leadership and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Oversee office communications and documentation to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings for senior leadership, driving progress on key project initiatives as directed by the General Manager.
- Minute Taking: Record and distribute accurate meeting minutes.
- Diary Management: Manage the diaries of multiple senior team members, ensuring smooth scheduling and prioritization.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with performance reporting, health and safety regulations, insurance requirements, and employment laws.
- Contract Management: Assist the General Manager in ensuring all contractual obligations within the FM contract are met and maintained.
Requirements:
- Administration Experience: Strong administration experience within the Facilities Management field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency using MS Excel.
- Travel Requirements: As the role will involve travel between sites, candidates must have a full valid driving license and access to their own vehicle.
