- Providing chair-side support to our Practice Clinicians.
- Working in other areas of the practice, such as reception.
- Dealing with patient queries and concerns.
- Answering the phone and handling incoming calls.
- Taking payments and managing finances.
- Booking appointments and managing schedules.
