Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable all-through school in Barnet. The successful candidate will support students in various subjects, particularly core subjects, and help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students in lessons, promoting inclusive learning and engagement.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring that students receive high-quality education.
  • Help students with homework and projects, fostering a love of learning and encouraging critical thinking.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive comprehensive support.

Requirements:

  • A First-Class Degree or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
  • Prior experience working with children or young adults is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.

What We Offer:

This role offers a competitive salary of £96-£105 per day, paid weekly via PAYE, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within the education sector.
