Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team and work across multiple sites in the Crewe area. This role involves cleaning communal areas, handling waste, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with staff for a clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning communal areas
- Handling and disposing of waste according to guidelines
- Maintaining and ensuring cleaning equipment is functional
- Keeping accurate records of cleaning activities for compliance
- Responding to emergency cleaning situations effectively

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Operative or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary and Benefits:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus benefits including a competitive rate of pay, 28 days annual leave pro rata, and a reward and recognition scheme.
