A leading engineering-led Building Services Contractor with a strong company culture and robust career progression opportunities is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join their expert team.


The company operates across key sectors in London, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, and hotel and leisure developments, with a turnover of circa £70 million.


This role offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, designed to attract top-tier talent, with offices based in Central London and the option for hybrid working.


To be successful in this position, you will need a minimum of 7 years' experience in an Electrical Estimating role, with experience with Trimble or Contract Master being ideal.


You should also have strong Excel skills, as well as the ability to liaise with clients to gather project requirements, skilled in gathering quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, and capable of assessing project risks and preparing detailed quotations.


In addition, you will be competent in analysing company data, exchange rates, and prices using various software packages, attending design, progress, and commercial meetings regularly, and monitoring project stages to ensure costs align with forecasts.


The highly competitive salary is dependent on experience and track record, and includes fully expensed travel, contributory pension scheme, discretionary bonus (based on personal KPIs and company performance), 25 days holiday, and flexible working arrangements, including up to 2 days working from home.
