Job Description

The Materials & Stores Lead plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory storage functions. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.

You'll work closely with our production and logistics teams to meet production and delivery schedules, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize storage utilization.
  • Storehouse Optimization: Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities to improve storage capacity and implement strategies to reduce waste and excess inventory.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the stores team, ensuring successful job execution and promoting a positive working environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery schedules, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
