About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families

- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Minimum of 6 months paid experience in a mental health hospital environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
