Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at FMG Repair Services in Huddersfield. As a key member of our Bodyshop team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare job cards and files, maintaining an efficient and effective system for associated paperwork
- Provide vehicle progress reports and arrange courtesy cars
- Collect payment and liaise between customers, the Bodyshop, and third-party providers
