The FP&A Team

Based in London, our FP&A team provides critical support to our business units, assisting with planning, strategic decision-making, and performance evaluation. We foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where everyone's contributions are valued. The team works closely with Revenue Accounting, Cost Accounting, and other operational finance teams to ensure accurate and reliable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of monthly finance reviews and quarterly business reviews for senior stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, tracking actual performance against these benchmarks.
  • Support senior business partners with analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and project support as required by senior team members.

Requirements

We are looking for a strong FP&A professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience dealing with a range of stakeholders, and the ability to develop strong commercial awareness. Previous experience at a large financial services firm is advantageous, but not mandatory. Knowledge of the asset management industry is a significant advantage.
