About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Counsellor to join our team at CrossReach Counselling Services. As a Senior Counsellor, you will be responsible for managing your own client caseload and playing a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client referrals and assessments
- Oversee the waiting list and allocate clients to our skilled team of counsellors and volunteers
- Provide clinical supervision for volunteers
- Collaborate with other professionals on safeguarding issues
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs
Requirements
- Diploma in Counselling, Art Therapy, or Play Therapy
- Significant post-qualifying practice hours and experience in counselling
- Basic computer literacy
