The role comes with a competitive salary of £17.00 DOE and excellent benefits.

About Our Business
At Consilium Contracting Services, we specialize in Social Housing maintenance and repairs, as well as private domestic homes. Our team is committed to delivering high-performance services, with over 2,500 jobs completed each month and 1,000 EICRs delivered monthly.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. EICRs: You must hold 18th Edition qualification and be fully competent in all electrical certifications.
  2. Domestic Remedial Work: Perform electrical alterations within homes, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  3. Fault Finding: Conduct electrical reactive repairs, adhering to stringent KPIs.
  4. Repair and Installation Jobs: Handle a variety of repair and installation tasks as needed.

Additional Requirements
  • Flexibility: Occasional out-of-hours work or overtime may be required.
  • On-Call Rota: Participation in an on-call schedule.
  • Company Equipment: Care and responsibility must be taken for the company-provided van and equipment.

Candidate Requirements
  • Strong EICRs Experience: Ideal candidate has strong experience with EICRs and domestic repairs.
  • Social Housing Familiarity: Familiarity with Social Housing is highly desirable.
  • Quality Service Delivery: Must be able to deliver quality service under KPIs.
